Hello, my name is Maxine, also known as "Max." I live in the mountains of Oregon. I have been inspired to motivate people to practice healthy living and to lead a vibrant lifestyle by nurturing our bodies.

Part of living a vibrant lifestyle involves eating nutritious food and engaging in physical activities. This includes being able to play with your children or grandchildren, walk, hike, and travel. My knowledge and learning come from a yogi, nutritionists, my chiropractor, and research. I validated the care of my body with a 0% cardiac artery calcium score in July of 2023. Placing me in the 25 percentiles of the US.

The Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) score is a scan that gives you a score from 0 to 400, indicating the amount of calcified plaque in your heart. Both of my parents had heart disease, and I have monitored my cholesterol for over 30 years.
