Power of Positivity

Life is about love. When someone is treating you bad emit love to them. That can be hard.

Maintaining a consistently negative attitude can be draining for those around you. Being thankful for all the good things in your life is the best attitude adopt.

Gratitude can shift our mental state from dwelling on a negative incident to a state of peacefulness, from dwelling on it and being fearful to love.

Being grateful will make your life happier. Start a grateful journal. Write down what you are grateful for each day when you wake up. I include thanking God for what I am grateful for.

Helping others can have the power of healing. Volunteering can give longevity and good health.
